Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a return or replacement, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
- The package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The product condition after opening
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must send the unboxing video as proof.
⚠️ Important:
If you do not record an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.
Returns
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging

After reviewing your video and details, our support team will confirm your return or replacement request.
Refunds / Replacements
Once the issue is verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Process a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse
